Raw, rich, super nutritious and delightful. I love this recipe, it’s super quick to make and it can double up as a pudding or a snack. Serves 2. 10 mins. Enjoy!
1 tsp vanilla
1 dessert spoon raw cacao powder
Pinch of cinnamon
1 dessert spoon melted coconut oil
1/4 cup coconut water
Quick how to make:
Put all the ingredients except blueberries and sunflower seeds into a blender and whizz until smooth and creamy.
Sprinkle with blueberries and sunflower seeds (or other fruit of choice).
You can add honey/stevia/maple syrup if you would like it a little sweeter. I add this if turning into a dessert.
